- Baked Cheese Cake


Hari ni Chik Na nak share resipi Cheese Cake yang Chik Na buat pagi semalam. Tapi makannya hari ni sebab Chik Na suka makan cheese cake after dah 2 hari ke atas. Sebenarnya salah satu sebab buat cheese cake ni sebab nak habiskan cream cheese yang terlebih beli masa buat red velvet cupcake tempahan dari Puan Zabedah. Al-maklumlah cream cheese ni bukannya tahan lama sangat. Mulanya nak buat cheese tart tapi anak dara Chik Na request nak cheese cake :D

Resipi Chik Na ambil dari buku collection Chik Na, Sweet Old Fashioned Favourites by The Australian Women Weekly

250g plain sweet biscuits
125g butter, melted

3 x 250g packets cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup caster sugar
3 eggs
3 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/4 cup lemon juice

  1. Grease 20cm springform tin, blend, process or crunch biscuits. Finel; stir in butter. Using a flat-bottomed glass, press crumb mixture evenly over base and side of prepared tin; refrigerate 30 minute or until firm.
  2. Place sprong form tin on oven tray, pour filling into tin. Bake in moderately slow oven (130-150'C) about 50 minute or until firm. Cool in oven with door ajar
  3. Covwe cheesecake; refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving. Serve with fresh fruit, if desired.

Beat cheese and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after additions. Add rind and juice, beat until mixture creamy.

Recipe can be made 3 days ahead.

Berbaloi buat sebab anak dara Chik Na memang suka cheesecake ni...  Balik sekolah petang tadi pun dia repeat makan lagi.

note* Chik Na ubah suai recipe atas tu sebab Chik Na cuma ada 500gm cream cheese :D
