Ari ni buat muffin pulak... sungguhlah rajin Chik Na ni kan.... he he he puji diri sendiri plak. Bukannya rajin sangat tapi disebabkan pisang yg neighbour bagi tu banyak lagi..terpaksa la Chik Na merajinkan diri buat muffin nih.... kalau tak nanti masuk En. Tong la jawabnya pisang tu. Nak makan direct, tak sedap sangat..sedikit kelat.

Banana And Carrot Cinnamon Muffins (Sumber asal: Dapur Inahar )
Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas (kita guna 8 biji pisang emas)
125ml vegetable oil
2 eggs
250g plain flour
100g caster sugar
½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 tsp salt

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan oven/gas mark 6 and line a 12-bun muffin tin with muffin papers.
2. Mash the bananas and set aside for a moment. Pour the oil into a jug and beat in the eggs
3. Put the flour, sugar, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder and cinnamon into a large bowl and mix in the beaten-egg-and-oil mixture, followed by the mashed bananas.
4. Fold in Carrot and then place equal quantities in the prepared muffin tin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
5. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

belum pernah lg mkn banana carrot muffin ni..nanti nanti boleh cuba laaa..hmmm tkde ke org nk bg pisang free jugak ni ;-)

Banana muffin..i loike, nmpak sedap sgt! suka taw chik na..tapi tk pernah nak buat sendiri, tak tau pun macam mana nak buat..lepas ni boleh la try guna resipi yg chik na kasi tu...mekacih..:)
kalau ku jd jiran chik na pun mesti dpt rasa muffin ni kan wakakaka
